For graduates holding or able to obtain a Jammu and Kashmir domicile certificate, including those who qualify through years of schooling in the territory rather than through family. Obtain the certificate before a notification appears.
- The domicile certificate is the qualification for most posts, not a supporting document.
- Schooling in the territory can establish domicile independently of family residence.
- Most subordinate hiring runs through the services selection board, not JKPSC.
